From all the real estate Gurus and financial Wizards who have their fingers on the pulse of our economy…. word has come down that we can expect to see a “shift” in the market come January.
This is not at all unusual given that election years typically see an up-tick in the market and good to great interest rates! Which we are experiencing now!
Regardless of who gets into office we can expect to see a dip in housing, investments etc., due to an uncertainty of how our new President will deal with issues.
If you are thinking of buying or selling, now is your time. Particularly if your home price falls into the $500,000 – $1,000,000 range. The higher end of the market is the first to feel this “shift.”
