I am always amazed by the vast number of people who get the urge to move in the spring. It just means that more buyers are competing for the same property and there may be a bidding war. Great for the seller, but not so good for you: the buyer.
Why not shop in the fall…or even winter? Fewer (and only the most serious) buyers, less competition (you may be the only one bidding), and you might get lucky and encounter a seller who is so motivated that you get a great deal! What’s wrong with that?
