I thought this would be a funny topic given how busy we’ve been this year. What’s it’s like being on call from 7am-7pm (if you’re lucky) or if you are not lucky (6am-11pm) and by that not all clients are morning people nor are they night owls. Meaning that some of your peeps will reach out to you at 6 am and some at 11 pm.
So you need to set your own limits. You also will have a tough time saying “no” on your days off. It’s kinda like being a doctor. Everything is an emergency (even when it’s not).
But to your clients it is because this is a huge investment and a big deal. It’s a huge responsibility but I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way.
