The Holmes Team has grown in order to provide the highest level of service to both out customers and clients.
It started with our Closing Coordinator, Forrest Cochran, as I found it necessary to have someone in charge of the details (inspections, deadlines, financing, coordinating attorneys, scheduling closings, etc.) once a property has gone under contract. He helps to keep everyone and everything on track from contract to closing.
Next came our Executive Assistant, Carrie who keeps me on schedule, sets up showing appointments, creates flyers, feature sheets, videos and goes to town offices, is my “techy” and the list goes on. She is whom you will speak to when you call the office. She is the life blood of the office and keeps us on track.
The next person to join our team was Kyle Eddy. He came on board as my Lead Buyer Specialist. He focuses on finding just the perfect place for a buyer to call home. He’s very good at what he does and readily available when you need him.
This team makes it possible for me to focus on listing properties and helping the seller to price them and get them the most money possible in the quickest time possible. There is a lot involved in getting a house on the market and getting it sold and to settlement.
